Are you a high achieving busy parent who goes all in on everything you do?

You want to make time for yourself so that you are able to focus on your health and fitness goals. But you just can't seem to figure out how to balance being a working parent and prioritizing time for yourself.
Do I wake up at 3:30 am to get my first workout in...YES! Do I expect you to do the same....NO! But together, we can come up with a plan that works for you!
20+ years ago I was frustrated, burned out, sick of looking at a person in the mirror that I knew wasn't me.
At 19 years old, I found myself 50 pounds overweight, hating everything about the way I looked, in an unhealthy marriage, and wanting nothing more than to be a mother. I decided that it was time to make some changes - and boy did I! Fast forward to my life as a single, working mother of twin boys. Going back to school to obtain a bachelor's degree with 3 year old boys was not my original plan, but after a divorce and making very little money...life happened, and it happened fast! I started small and changed my eating habits and things escalated from there! It won't happen overnight, nothing good ever does, but I am here to help you on your journey! When I say I know that it's not an easy road, it's because I have experienced all of the sacrifice that goes into becoming a healthier more resilient version of you; going to bed at 1:00 am so that I could get homework done while my kiddos were sleeping, working out at 3:00 am or 9:00 pm after my kiddos went to bed! Believe me when I say, "I get it!" But with the right support, you can achieve all of your goals!
Making time for your own health and wellness is not selfish, it is necessary! Creating a healthier lifestyle changes all aspects of your life!
